I have private information on my device. How do I know you won’t look through my device?

Privacy is a very real concern.  Our policy is to protect your privacy and we have a good reputation and are trusted by many.  We value our customers too much to compromise them.  However, we do ask for your passcode so as to properly do a pretest before and a post test after repair.  But you can unlock your phone so we can do the pretest while you are and then the post test.  Just to be clear though this may result in delays in getting your phone back.
