Shipping, Warranty, Return Policies
We will ship Products using a carrier selected by us. Your order checkout page shows your shipping method, estimated time and any shipping fees.
Once your purchased has been approved by Cellular Toy Shoppe, Products are generally shipped within 5 business days. Our hours of operation for shipping are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. MST, excluding weekends and major Canadian holidays. This timeframe is not guaranteed, especially during special promotions or when we receive a high volume of orders.
While we will try to meet your dispatch and delivery dates, we may be unable to do so in the event of low Product inventory. In addition, many events beyond our control can affect the delivery of your Products after we provide them to the carrier. Therefore, we are not liable for late shipment or delivery or any loss, damage or penalty you incur from any delay in shipment or delivery. Notwithstanding the foregoing, risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to you.
We ship to anywhere in Canada except:
We do not ship to Edmonton and surrounding areas including St. Albert, Beaumont, Spruce Grove, and Sherwood Park. If you live within these areas, you must purchase your product directly in store. Please call us at 780-475-6776 if you would like us to reserve your phone for 24 hours, and come to our Edmonton location (12528 132Ave NW, T6L 3P9, Edmonton, AB, Canada) to purchase your product. Due to the possibility of credit card fraud, we reserve the right to cancel your order with a full refund if your shipping address is located within Edmonton and specified surrounding areas. We may contact local authorities if there are repeated violations of this policy.
Local pickup is not permitted at any time. If you live within the Edmonton and surrounding areas including St. Albert, Beaumont, Spruce Grove, and Sherwood Park, you must purchase and pick up your product directly in-store
Shipping Rates for Canada
For Purchases under $150: You will be charged a flat-rate of $20 plus applicable tax per shipment, unless otherwise specified. Applicable tax includes GST only, we do not charge HST/PST
For Purchases totally $150 or greater: Free Shipping.
Delivery Times for Canada
Items are usually shipped with Canada Post, or a comparable carrier.
According to Canada Post Guidelines:
The delivery standard for regular mail sent inside Canada:
- Two business days for local mail
- Three business days within the province
- Four days for national mail
- These time frames are not guaranteed, as weather and mail volume can affect delivery.
You will be provided a tracking number in another email once the item is shipped, sent to the email address you provided for us.
Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.
Availability of Products
The Products offered from Cellular Toy Shoppe are shipped directly from stock from our main location. Availability of products on website generally reflect the availability of products in stock. However, from time to time, we may be unable to manufacture or obtain a sufficient supply of Products. In addition, there may be occasions when we confirm your order but subsequently learn that we are unable to supply your Products. Therefore, we reserve the right at any time to limit or change quantities available for purchase or to cancel your order. If we cancel your order, we will refund your purchase price in full.
End User Customers
We sell and ship Products only to customers located in Canada and USA for their own use. You may not purchase Products for resale and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we believe you will do so.
Cellular Toy Shoppe warrants your product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 Days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
All products have been inspected and certified by a technician before shipping.
Warranty excludes any physical damage, liquid damage, or any such damage as a result of alteration, repair, tampering, accident, abuse, misuse, fire, acts of God (including, without limitation, earthquake, flood, hurricane, lightning, or tornado) or other external causes.
Products labeled “Refurbished”, “Like New”, “Renewed”, or “Used” are sold as-is and may be in condition that includes cosmetic damage to the product or packaging. For refurbished electronic devices, this may include dents, dings, or scratches, to screen, frame, or housing. Such damage is cosmetic only, and should not affect the functionality of the device. Warranty does not apply to existing cosmetic damage at time of purchase.

If a warranty claim is approved, please see “returns” section below for instructions regarding how your return should be processed.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS PROVIDED IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL, WITH RESPECT TO ANY CELLULAR TOY SHOPPE OR THIRD PARTY PRODUCT. ACCORDINGLY, CELLULAR TOY SHOPPE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS. TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, CELLULAR TOY SHOPPE LIMITS THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF SUCH WARRANTIES TO THE DURATION AND REMEDY OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT WILL CELLULAR TOY SHOPPE BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OR FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES HOWEVER CAUSED ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE ANY CELLULAR TOY SHOPPE OR THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS, INCLUDING LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF ACTUAL OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR LOSS OF REPUTATION.
All goods are final sale. There are no refunds or exchanges unless an item is defective.
To be eligible for a return of a defective item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must return the product in original condition and packaging with the original packing slip enclosed. You must return all products, cords, chargers, cables, headphones, boxes, parts, and documentation included in original packaging.
Only products purchased directly from Cellular Toy Shoppe may be returned to Cellular Toy Shoppe.
Our return policy is valid for the period of the warranty (90 days from time of purchase, unless otherwise specified). After this time has elapsed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Products with obvious signs of use and are no longer in resalable condition.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery
* Single-use products including screen protectors which cannot be returned in the original condition cannot be refunded
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds will be applied to the original purchase method.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded as we cannot guarantee the availability of the product at the original sale price.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com, or call us at 1-780-475-6776 (long distance charges may apply) to resolve your issues.
Do not ship your item until an exchange has been approved by a Cellular Toy Shoppe representative.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping any item over $75, it is highly recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
