Shipping Policies
Shipping to Canada
We will ship products using a carrier selected by us. Your checkout page shows your shipping method, estimated time, and applicable shipping fees.
Once your purchase has been approved by Cellular Toy Shoppe, products are generally shipped within 5 business days. Our shipping hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. MST, excluding weekends and major Canadian holidays. This timeframe is not guaranteed, especially during promotions or high-volume periods.
While we try to meet dispatch and delivery dates, events outside our control can affect delivery once the shipment is with the carrier. We are not liable for late shipment or delivery, or for any loss, damage, or penalty related to delays.
Shipping Areas
We ship to anywhere in Canada except Edmonton and surrounding areas including St. Albert, Beaumont, Spruce Grove, and Sherwood Park.
If you live in these areas, you must purchase your product directly in store. Please call us if you would like a phone reserved for 24 hours and come to our Edmonton location to complete purchase. Due to the possibility of credit card fraud, we reserve the right to cancel orders with a full refund if the shipping address is within Edmonton and surrounding areas.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is not permitted at any time for online orders. Customers in Edmonton and surrounding communities must purchase and pick up directly in-store.
Shipping Rates for Canada
- Orders under $1000 CAD: flat-rate shipping of $20 plus applicable tax per shipment.
- Orders $1000 CAD or greater: free shipping.
Delivery Times for Canada
Items are usually shipped with Canada Post or a comparable carrier. Typical Canada Post delivery standards are:
- 2 business days for local mail
- 3 business days within province
- 4 business days national
These timeframes are not guaranteed and can be affected by weather and mail volume.
Tracking Number
You will be provided a tracking number by email once your order ships. Questions about exact package location should be directed to the carrier.
Availability of Products
Products are shipped from stock at our main location. Website availability generally reflects in-store stock, but from time to time we may be unable to supply a product after order confirmation. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders, in which case the purchase amount will be refunded in full.
End User Customers
We sell and ship products only to customers in Canada and the USA for personal use. Products may not be purchased for resale. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders we believe are intended for resale.
Limited Warranty
Cellular Toy Shoppe warrants products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 90 days from purchase, unless otherwise specified.
Warranty excludes physical damage, liquid damage, damage caused by tampering, misuse, accident, abuse, fire, and other external causes. Refurbished and used products may include cosmetic wear (dents, dings, scratches) that does not affect function; cosmetic wear present at purchase is not covered by warranty.
If a product is defective, contact us by email or phone during business hours. If a warranty claim is approved, follow our returns instructions before shipping anything.
Returns
All goods are final sale. No refunds or exchanges unless an item is defective.
To be eligible for return of a defective item, the item must be unused and in the same condition received, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Return eligibility is limited to the warranty period (90 days unless otherwise specified). After this period, refunds or exchanges are not available.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us first by email or phone to receive exchange approval before sending any item.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.
If shipping an item over $75, use a trackable service and consider shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items that are lost in transit.
