Terms and Conditions

By using the Cellular Toy Shoppe website or purchasing from our store you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Purchases and warranties

All products are sold with a 90-day in-store warranty unless otherwise stated at the time of sale. The warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover physical damage, liquid exposure after sale, or issues resulting from unauthorised modification.

2. Device holds / reservations

A hold reserves a device for 24 hours. Holds expire automatically if payment is not received within that window and the device returns to available inventory. Cellular Toy Shoppe is not liable for inventory changes or pricing errors.

3. Repairs

We will provide a quote before performing any repair beyond a basic diagnostic. You authorise the quoted repair when you approve the estimate. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults unrelated to the quoted repair, or for data loss. We strongly recommend backing up your device before any service.

4. Returns and exchanges

Refurbished and used phone returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase in original condition for store credit or exchange. Accessories are final sale unless defective. Repairs carry a 90-day labour/parts warranty; no refund on completed services.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Alberta law, Cellular Toy Shoppe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Edmonton, Alberta.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
