This is the second time I've received over the top service! I'm incredibly rough on phones and had peeled the back off my Galaxy...quick, simple complimently fix. This... read more am I woke to a screen that looked like a QR CODE. It only took a few minutes for the problem to be diagnosed and solved. Apparently it's a little known defect with Galaxy phones. I had fully expected to be told it was a major issue and all would be lost or, at the very least, an expensive fix. I was on the road with a functioning phone in less than 30 min!!

Technician was super friendly and gave me a good price to replace my phones battery. The little cell phone museum display in the corner was also neat.

Even though he was shaking from the incident with the rude customer he carried on with me in a very professional manner. I was very impressed! I will do all my business at cellular toy shop!
