• Cosmetic wear, scratches, dents, or normal aging
• Software issues caused by third-party applications or user modifications

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Simply bring your device and proof of purchase to Cellular Toy Shoppe during the warranty period. Our technicians will inspect the device and determine the appropriate repair, replacement, or warranty solution.
