Do I need an appointment to get my device repaired?

No appointment is required. We work on a first-come, first-served basis for walk-in repairs and diagnostics.

Arriving early in the day or calling ahead for busy periods (before long weekends, for example) can shorten your wait, but you never need to book a slot just to get in line.

If you have an unusual part or a vintage device, a quick phone call with your model number can confirm we have stock before you drive over.
