Do I need an appointment to get my device repaired?

No appointment is required. Cellular Toy Shoppe welcomes walk-in repairs and diagnostics on a first-come, first-served basis.

Simply bring your device to our store during business hours, and our technicians will assess the issue and provide repair options. Most customers find walk-in service convenient and hassle-free.

To help reduce wait times, we recommend arriving earlier in the day or calling ahead during especially busy periods, such as before long weekends or major holidays. However, an appointment is never necessary to have your device evaluated.

If your device requires a specialized or uncommon part, or if you have an older or vintage model, a quick phone call with the make and model number can help us confirm parts availability before you visit.
