“Like New” phones are sourced through reputable suppliers, certified, and graded to be in near-perfect cosmetic condition with little or no sign of wear. They are reset, tested, and priced as a premium tier of refurbished stock.

“Renewed” phones are still sourced through reputable suppliers, certified, and graded. However they show more signs of wear and tear and sold for less. They are reset, tested, and priced as a lower tier of refurbished stock.

When you shop with us, we tell you which grade you are buying so there are no surprises when you open the box. If cosmetic perfection matters for resale or gifting, ask for Like New; if you want maximum savings and can live with minor scuffs, used may be the better deal.
