What does our repair estimate include?

At Cellular Toy Shoppe, our repair estimates include both parts and labour for standard repair services. We believe in transparent pricing, so there are no hidden shop fees added to the quoted repair price.

Before any repair begins, we will provide an estimate based on the information available. In most cases, the quoted price is the final price you can expect to pay for the repair.

Occasionally, additional issues may be discovered after the device is opened and inspected. For example, a bent frame, internal damage, missing components, or previous repair attempts may require extra work. If this happens, we will contact you first, explain the situation, and obtain your approval before proceeding with any additional charges.

For estimates provided online or over the phone, pricing is considered preliminary until our technicians have had the opportunity to inspect the device in person. Devices with severe physical damage, liquid damage, or multiple faults may require an adjusted repair estimate after evaluation.
