What does our repair estimate include?

Prices we quote for repairs include both parts and labour. There should be no hidden “shop fee” on top of the listed repair price for standard jobs.

If we discover an additional fault during repair — for example, a bent frame that requires extra work — we will explain it before spending more than quoted.

For estimates online or over the phone, final confirmation happens after we see the device; severe damage can sometimes require adjusted pricing.
