What is my warranty from Cellular Toy Shoppe?

Cellular Toy Shoppe stands behind the quality of its products and services. Unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase, our phones and repair services are covered by a 90-day warranty.

Our warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship that occur under normal use during the warranty period. If an eligible issue arises, our technicians will inspect the device and determine the appropriate solution.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, cracked screens, liquid damage occurring after the repair, physical abuse, unauthorized repairs or modifications, normal wear and tear, or issues caused by third-party software, malware, or user-installed applications.

To receive warranty service, please retain your original receipt or repair ticket and bring the device back to our store for evaluation. Having proof of purchase helps us provide faster and more efficient service.

If a covered issue occurs within the warranty period, simply return with the device and our team will inspect the problem and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
